Application Scenarios: Suitable for mining, road and bridge construction, tunnel projects, and regions with underdeveloped power grids for emergency power supply. Essentially, its an upgraded, fuel-saving version of traditional diesel generators.

Zhoushan Island, located on the coast of the East China Sea, has unique natural conditions and abundant port resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of the marine economy, Zhoushan Island has become an important pivot of the national marine strategy. Among them, the construction project of a dock on Zhoushan Island in Shanghai has attracted much attention. Its temporary power supply plan not only reflects technological innovation, but also demonstrates the concept of green and efficient port construction. The company has equipped 8 sets of smart power stations for the dock construction project. The intelligent energy management system can allocate power resources reasonably according to the actual load situation, reduce the no-load loss of power equipment, and improve energy utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, through precise load forecasting and scheduling, the demand for generator sets can be reduced, thereby lowering fuel consumption costs and greenhouse gas emissions, which is beneficial for environmental protection.

Smart Power Stations: Efficient Solutions for Temporary Electricity Supply in Mining Gravel Sites
Temporary power supply is a critical challenge in mining and gravel site operations, especially when traditional diesel generators fall short in efficiency, noise control, and stability. Two gravel site projects in China demonstrate how smart power stations address these pain points effectively.

Case 1: Guangxi Nanning Gravel Site Project
Located in Nanning, Guangxi Province (close to surrounding towns), the gravel site initially relied on traditional diesel generators. These units caused severe noise pollution (disturbing residents and leading to frequent complaints) and high fuel consumption (over 80L per hour).

To resolve these issues, our company deployed a smart power station for the project. The station powers the mobile crushing production line, on-site small equipment, and domestic electricity. After implementation, noise pollution was significantly controlled (reduced to below 70dB), and fuel consumption dropped to 50–60L per hour—marking notable improvements in environmental friendliness and cost efficiency.

Case 2: Hunan Chenzhou Gravel Site Project
This project in Chenzhou, Hunan Province originally used a 500kW Cummins diesel generator for power supply. However, the generator faced two key problems: high fuel consumption, and frequent breakdowns (causing crushing line failures) when handling large stones (due to sudden instantaneous load surges).

Our solution was a smart power station, which supports the mobile crushing production line, auxiliary domestic electricity, and on-site equipment (e.g., oil pumps, welding machines). The station has operated stably for 5 months, running continuously for 18 hours daily—with zero power supply-related shutdowns. This not only resolved the stability issue but also optimized operational reliability for the site.
