Application Case of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel Construction Project
SHENZHEN-ZHONGSHAN channel is a bridge under construction in Guangdong Province connecting Shenzhen and Zhongshan City and Nansha District of Guangzhou City, starting from Hezhou Interchange in Bao ‘an District of Shenzhen City in the east to Hengmen Junction in Zhongshan City in the west, with a total length of 24 km, including 6.8 km of immersed tube tunnel. The SHENZHEN-ZHONGSHAN channel has a design speed of 100 km/h, and the whole line is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
Gofront configured a set of customized smart power station equipment for the project department, including 4 200kW diesel generators and 3 250kW energy storage systems. The equipments were quickly put into use after arriving at the site, ensuring timely, stable and reliable electricity for construction and domestic use, and avoiding production interruption and loss caused by power fluctuations or failures. It not only meet the power demand, but also significantly reduced the operating costs, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth progress of the project.

Case Study of Temporary Power Supply for a Dock Construction Project on Zhoushan Island Shanghai
Zhoushan Island, located on the coast of the East China Sea, has unique natural conditions and abundant port resources. In recent years, with the rapid development of the marine economy, Zhoushan Island has become an important pivot of the national marine strategy. Among them, the construction project of a dock on Zhoushan Island in Shanghai has attracted much attention. Its temporary power supply plan not only reflects technological innovation, but also demonstrates the concept of green and efficient port construction.
The company has equipped 8 sets of smart power stations for the dock construction project. The intelligent energy management system can allocate power resources reasonably according to the actual load situation, reduce the no-load loss of power equipment, and improve energy utilization efficiency. Meanwhile, through precise load forecasting and scheduling, the demand for generator sets can be reduced, thereby lowering fuel consumption costs and greenhouse gas emissions, which is beneficial for environmental protection.

Application Case of Oil Field Drilling Project Temporary Electricity Supply
Factors such as relatively poor power grid resources, long grid construction period, seasonal power rationing, shortage of high-power gas power generation equipment resources, small capacity of drilling grid, and inability to continue the use of terminal low voltage fracturing, limit the large-scale development of electric drive fracturing. Traditional diesel generating units can provide power output, but the fuel consumption is high, the environmental pollution is serious and the noise is large.
In the face of the customer’s demand for high-power energy storage power supply, which hopes to save fuel during the day and silence the living area at night, our company customized 8 sets of smart power stations for the project, including one 360kW diesel generator unit and one 250kW energy storage system each. Based on the microgrid power supply system of the diesel generator unit, an energy storage system is configured to release and absorb active power quickly with a response time of less than 100ms. Before the diesel generator unit responds to the impact load, the energy storage system rapidly captures the frequency drop and automatcally adjusts the power output to inject energy into the system to maintain the frequency stability. When the unit overshoots, the energy storage system can quickly absorb energy, suppress frequency fluctuations, and make the power supply system fast and stable. The intelligent control system provides smooth power output for the project, effectively ensuring the normal and safe production of the electric drive fracturing equipment and living electricity supply of the operation platform.

Application Case of Guanxi Nanning Gravel Site Project Temporary Electricity Supply
The project is located in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, close to the surrounding towns. The traditional diesel generator unit makes lots of noise at night, so the project department received complaints from residents often. Also, the fuel consumption was too high, consuming more than 80L of fuel an hour.
Our company configured a smart power station for the project to provide power for the mobile crushing production line, and to assist the on-site small equipment and domestic electricity. Noise pollution had been significantly controlled, reduced to less than 70db, and fuel consumption per hour has been reduced to 50L-60L.

Application Case of Emergency Power Preservation for Shanghai Rural Spring Festival Gala
In 2023, under the guidance of the Publicity Department of the Shanghai Municipal Committee, Shanghai Culture and Tourism Administration, Shanghai Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, Shanghai Jinshan District Committee of the Communist Party of China, Shanghai Jinshan District People’s Government, Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and Shanghai Radio and Television Station co-sponsored the “2024 Spring Festical Gala Of Harmonious and Happy Countryside”, which was held on the evening of February 2ed in Langxia Town Ecological Park in Jinshan District.
There is no mains power available at the gala site. In order to ensure that the power supply of the party is 100% uninterrupted, Gofront and the traditional diesel generator leasing company jointly configured double insurance for the gala – adding two 250kW energy storage systems on the basis of the traditional diesel generator units. Coupled with energy storage system, the use of diesel generating units formed a stable and reliable microgrid. Dual insurance power output achieved comparable to the electricity service of the mains power. This innovative measure completely avoided the risk of accidental power failure of the diesel generator units and provided a strong power guarantee for the gala.
