As an all-in-one intelligent grinding line, it enables the full automation of depalletizing, palletizing, loading and unloading processes for die-cast components. It also supports flexible integration with die-casting islands or machining lines, and achieves seamless interconnection and interoperability with digital factories.

The intelligent grinding production line is applicable to grinding and deburring of cast products such as cast iron and aluminum-magnesium alloys, providing automated solutions for common casting defects including flash, slag inclusions, gates, parting lines and shrinkage cracks. Meanwhile, it is equipped with digital and intelligent functions such as automatic incoming material recognition, product information management and energy efficiency analysis.

Robotic operation significantly reduces manual labor intensity and enhances production efficiency. With sufficient materials, the line can operate 24/7 without interruption. Compared to manual work, a production line composed of a single main unit can increase production capacity by 5 to 6 times.
